This is a message I sent to Kerry Gomer about screen shots.
Kerry,
Sorry if I keep bothering you with stuff. I have attempted to take screenshots on my work computer and am still having difficulty. I found the print screen button, what do I do after that? Thanks,
Megan

I do it by opening a blank word document. Then go to the webpage you want. Hit the print screen button, then go to the word document and right-click and paste it onto the word document. In Word, I usually crop the picture to remove whatever tabs I had at the bottom of the page. Then you should be able to save the picture. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Here is my response about making screen shots with a Mac:
Thanks. I asked this guy in my office about screen shots on a Mac and he said that there is a program called Grab in applications under utilities and it does screen shots. I tried it and it kicks a little ass. You
might want to try it sometime.
If anyone has any questions about Grab, I used it today and it is pretty easy, so I can answer more questions if need be.
Another way to get screenshots on a mac is to do one of two key combinations:
command + shift + 4 --this will allow you to choose what section of the screen you want to capture
command + shift + 3 --this takes a screenshot of the entire screen
both create a file and put it on your desktop
